The team here at Kollar takes the current times we are operating within very seriously. We have always practiced the most sterile of operations and have given even more attention to detail in an attempt to combat the COVID-19 situation. As a safety measure we have had our employees working from home for the last week, and this will remain in place for the foreseeable future. This not only secures their income, but also the safety for themselves, their families and our loyal customers.
At Kollar, we do not use a large factory to ship our product, everything is packaged and shipped in house. Going forward, instead of having multiple people in the office shipping and packaging orderers we will have only one person at a time so we can practice social distancing. All team members who will be in direct contact with merchandise have went through a health screening, and will be temperature checked daily before entering our office. All team members handling shipments will be wearing protective gloves and masks to ensure the safety of our beloved customers. Our shipping couriers are still operating, however with the upmost caution. We have made arrangements for our couriers to assign a pick up time, where they’ll find our fully sealed packages waiting for them in the lobby. There will be no direct face to face contact throughout this process.
Kollar’s main goal is to help flatten the curve in these unprecedented times.
