If you have ordered from us, thank you!  We know you want your order as fast as possible and we are working on getting it to you ASAP! However, please do allow up to 2-3 business days for our team to process your order once payment confirmation is received. Your order is handpicked by our team and goes through an inspection process before being shipped out to you.

During sale periods or the holidays, please allow up to 3-5 business days due to higher then normal order volumes.

Changed your mind or chose the wrong thing? Return your order within 30 days for a full refund or 110% online credit. Excluding Masks.

International
 Orders
For all international customers, please email us at customerservice@kollarclothing.com with your order number and which item you want to return / exchange. 

General Info
Customers have 30 days from when the product was received to return or exchange items. If the return or exchange is received past the 30 days window, without notifying us first at customerservice@kollarclothing.com, the package will be sent back to the customer and you will be charged the shipping fee sent back to you. 

Return Policy

1. Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Item/s must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached; Any item that does not comply with this rule will be returned to you in the condition they were returned in at your expense.

2. Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for a store credit or exchange. Final Sale/Last Clearance and items bought from our sample sale are non-returnable. 

3. Exchanges will be issued a store credit to repurchase. Exchanges go through the same process, where you will return your item and we will send you a store credit to re-order a new item. The rules are the same as return it must be returned within 30 business days. Your return label cost will be reduced from your store credit. 

4. Shoes – please try on shoes on soft surfaces before they are worn generally. We will not accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches.

5. Gift Cards may not be returned. 

6. Kollar cover the cost of any Exchanges to ensure you get the correct size. 

Kollar does not cover the cost of the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for return label cost will be reduced from your store credit. 

7. You must clearly write RETURN on the front of any parcel you wish to return. If you fail to do so you will be subject to an additional customs and shipping charges. We also may withhold to decline your parcel.

8. Please Note that returns will not be accepted if you try to ship with the original Kollar Branded bag, please ship back in a new return shipping bag. 

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the return’s time-frame.

For International returns, Kollar Clothing takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Kollar Clothing.

Processing Times: Please allow for 2 to 7 Business Days for us to process any refunds, store credits or exchanges. All returns received need to be inspected upon arrival. Please allow even more time during holidays or sale periods. We will do our best to get the refund or exchange processed as fast as possible.
